They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Acts 2:42
Sharing life together as the gathered community is a key part of life as Christians. While everyone can have spirituality and religious belief by themselves Christian’s are called to a shared life. Jesus gathered a community around himself, making the eating a meal together the core act of our faith. Emmanuel highly value fellowship, our gathering as a community. Every Sunday after service we have coffee, snacks and conversation. In the continued breaking of bread we grow in our faith by joining with each other. We invite you to join us as we celebrate our fellowship and the community we create together.A variety of fellowship opportunities exist at Emmanuel:
Join us for fellowship directly after Worship on Sunday morning, providing an opportunity for casual conversation and tasty treats. This is a great way to get to know our Emmanuel family!
On Tuesday morning the Women's Prayer Group meets at 7:00 am in the Fellowship Café for devotions and prayer.
Throughout the year, a variety of social opportunities are available by Zoom and/or in person at Emmanuel. Check out our facebook page to see what's coming up!
